Our Team

Scott opened Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of Northwest Michigan in 2003. He has been in the restoration and construction industry since graduating from Central Michigan University in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in construction management. Scott also has many different certifications in the construction and restoration industry. Scott, his wife Emily, two sons, Beau and Wade and their dog, Rocky live in Leelanau County. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, boating, golfing, fishing and hunting.

Nicole Sheldon joined the company as a Job Cost Accountant in August 2025, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in accounting and finance. Her diverse background spans the manufacturing, healthcare, and service industries, where she has built a strong reputation for accuracy, efficiency, and dedication to financial integrity. Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a major in Accounting and Finance from Baker College of Cadillac, Michigan, in 2001.

Outside of work, Nicole values time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, who bring her endless joy. She enjoys being outdoors when Michigan’s weather allows and takes pride in giving back to her community through volunteer efforts.

Originally from the high deserts of Oregon, Benjamin lives in beautiful Benzie County with his wife and four children. Benjamin has a vast background in communication and personal finance and enjoys collaborating with others to turn ideas into reality. When he’s not in the office, you can find Benjamin playing in the woods or working on his hobby farm with his family.

Born and raised in Toronto, Jon lives in Interlochen with his wife and two children. He brings with him a diverse background in home remodeling, construction site safety management, and industrial firefighting & emergency response. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family hiking, kayaking, swimming, and camping. Jon’s unique background and passion for helping others make him a strong player on the Paul Davis Team!

Having lived in Warren, Michigan until he graduated High School, Terry moved to Kalamazoo to attend the Western Michigan University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology. He then moved to Traverse City in 1991. With over 30 years of combined construction experience, Terry has also built rustic wood furniture and has his CDL license. He and his wife of 24 years, Tammy, have two children, Emily and Jacob. When not spending time with family and his cat Ferbie and German Shepherd Norman, he likes to play golf and watch sports.

Tobin’s years of experience–23 in construction, with 15 in reconstruction–are reflected in the quality of his work and in the excellent reviews he gets from his customers. When not at work, Tobin loves to spend time at the beach with his wife and son.

Born and raised in Cadillac, Brandon moved to Traverse City after High School. With 5 years of experience in demolition, he is expanding his knowledge in our mitigation department. When he isn’t at work he enjoys working on automobiles, fishing, and spending time with his family and pets.

Gavin joined Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling in February 2025 as a Mitigation Technician. With a strong background in construction and restoration, Gavin brings hands-on expertise, reliability, and an eye for detail to every project he’s part of. He takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and safely after property damage, always showing up with a calm, solution-focused attitude.

Outside of work, Gavin is most at home outdoors. Whether he’s hiking, camping, or exploring new places, he’s always chasing his next adventure. He’s an avid traveler and loves finding inspiration in the people and places he encounters along the way.

Still a puppy, Rocky came to Paul Davis as a little guy almost a year ago. While he lives with his Dad, Mom and 2 human brothers, several days a week he loves spending his time in the office playing with staff. He definitely knows which offices have the treats and toys. His favorite game is tug-o-war with his alligator. Occasionally you will find him watching guard at the front desk, waiting for head pets and attention, as visitors come in.
